This Eden Valley Syrah found its mojo after a couple of days of tasting. To say it developed wonderfully in that time would be an understatement. Give it a good decant or some time in the cellar and kick back to be rewarded for your patience.
Blueberries and mulberries take control with a helping hand from some raspberries that are more than happy to sit in the background. It's luscious and silky with a refined spice that shimmers. Purple flower aromas diffuse with ease and add prettiness. A delectable weight builds a moreishness with the gradual hum of woodsy and baking spices ticking away. Cool evenings as the sun gracefully falls from the sky would be the best match, based on experience.
