An uncomplicated, no-fuss Rosé that is easy to befriend from Oxford Landing' new One to One range.
Through a partnership with Greenfleet, every six bottles of One to One enjoyed will see another square metre of bushland planted in the ‘One to One Bushland’. The ‘One to One Bushland’ is located in the On Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria, where Greenfleet is restoring the native ecosystem at Ngulambarra, meaning “meeting place” in Djaara language. This project is playing an important role in restoring endangered temperate woodlands and enhancing biodiversity, while also supporting the values of Traditional Owners.
The fruit is sustainably grown and made with minimal intervention. Vegan friendly and low in preservatives, the bottle is also made up of 98% recycled lightweight glass.
Scents of rhubarb, red currants and white cherries get you in the mood early before underripe red apple cuts in on the flavour profile. A bitterness latches on to the finish that is a bit stemmy and a little phenolic if anything. But chase down some fried chicken or fries with a glass and you'll be in business.
Drink now.
