Introducing a complex and dry Single Vineyard Chardonnay from Jansz. 3801 bottles were produced using the traditional method after ageing for a minimum of 1301 days.
With plenty to consider, it kicks off with lemon balm, lemon rind and old-school lemonade. Some bready complexity and buttered toast land in the mid-palate with a neat flow of custard creaminess. It finishes bone dry drawing all moisture from the mouth with a lemon pith and roasted almond finish. Good stuff.
