The four Castle Rock Estate Riesling releases are all different beasts. If you like your Riesling with a bit more drive and intensity, this one is for you.
Lemonade and lemon zest light things up with ruby grapefruit. A Riesling with more presence than aromatic prettiness, drive and intensity are certainly the buzzwords. Dried rosemary and fennel add some savoury delight with salivating powder and talc feels to close. A wine with a gravitating persona due to the lemony acid tension, I dig it.
