Three words summarise this excellent Pinot Noir from Colmar Estate: fine, elegant and perfumed.
The fruit is energetic and dancy - I love it! Scents of dried red petals hook you in. Some pine needle, blood orange and fine chocolate fuse with twigs and apricot kernels. The delicate fruit and super fine tannins make this a most appealing wine. Impressive and then some.
Drink to eight years.
