It sees 30% new French oak and goes through 100% MLF. The oak has presence and drive. Jersey caramel and vanilla cream dish up the complexity and delicious feels. Barbecued peaches, lemons and roasted cashews join a chorus of pleasure with a citrusy acid drive that is incredibly persistent. A beauty for 40 bucks.
