Made from Chenin Blanc, it's textural with a creamy drive. The best bit was I didn't lose half the bottle when opening it - oh that game of Pet Nat bingo can go wrong big time. But not here thank goodness. The fruit drives long with white nectarines featuring high. Fine cinnamon spices chime in late but the drying presence calls for food. It's nothing a cheeseboard or a bag of cheese Twisties can't fix.
