This Block 1 Pinot Noir is all structure and complexity. Much like its Block 3 sibling, it's a class act.
There is measured depth here too. Quite savoury, there are plenty of earthy things along with compost and leaf matter. Fine spices wind a neat path. Delicate, a touch of warmth builds - but it's comforting rather than hot (just to be clear). A wine that moves and sways with ease reaching all corners of the mouth, it's a fabulous drink. Well played.
