The energy and vibe is real. Sourced from a neighbouring grower, I remember tasting the initial 2020 release - I was lucky enough to sample one of 66 bottles produced. A little label tweak since then as well as a crank of the delish dial has done the trick and will continue to have consumers frothing.
Soft spices entice with energetic red berry fruit and a flash of mulberry before the clutch is dropped and the savoury gear is engaged. Dried herbs, cola, earthy nuances and a fabulous powdery and dusty tannin wrap up a very neat parcel. So moreish. So delicious. Pour large.
