Only produced in cooler years, this is the second release. It spent 7 years on lees and that is the driver of the engaging texture and appeal this wine delivers. Chardonnay dominant (60%), the raw cashew and almond nuttiness along with brioche are in the zone. Delicate white fleshed stonefruit and green apples sizzle and drive the fruit profile. The acid nails the brief and points to a long future, if you can hold out that long. Brilliant!
