What a pretty wine this is! An absolutely divine Cabernet Franc from the hands of Philip Shaw.
Violets and dried red petals diffuse from the glass rolling out a mesmorising introduction. It's quite something! The more air it breathes the more lifted those stunning aromas are. Dark berries and dark cherries drive the fruit profile and the 90% new French oak fused perfectly - all class. A wine with restrained power, licorice dazzles with fine spices rippled throughout. And that length! This is another excellent example of Cabernet Franc from Orange.
