The White Label wines from Amour are the best of the best produced and this Shiraz is a very impressive number. Black fruits sit in the driver's seat and take you all the way to the pleasuredome.
The fruit is grown 860 metres above on 25 year old vines and it sees French oak for 24 months.
Blackcurrant, Ribena, dark plums and mulberries fold into one another with a good dash of spice. The length is captivating with black pepper riding the persistent and seemingly never-ending wave. Cocoa-like tannins leave you with plenty to consider on a moreish and drying finish. Time will be its friend, that's for sure. Top stuff!
