Loaded with flavour and tannin, immerse yourself in mulberries and baked blueberries. Some meatiness and the flicker of char sits in the background with the soft savoury presence of cloves and fine pepper spice reaching long. A wine that sees no oak, like its sibling, this is made for food and it would partner any number of dishes with ease. Well played.
