One third sees older French oak with that portion having its lees stirred to build body. A delicious long lunch wine, it's so creamy through the mid-palate. Littered with golden apples and green apples, this is such a considered wine. Some tropical fruit adds some energy before fine spices tickle the curiosity factor and deliver a moreishness calling you back. Big love.
