A blend of Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, lighter pressings have been brought together to produce a wine with fabulous aromatics.
Pretty scents of blackberries and purple petals set the senses alight. It sees 18 months in second and third use French oak with a yin and yang of depth and vibrancy. I only had a quick taste of this at the cellar door and it already showed its ability to build layers of interest and volume in the glass. It's a lovely drink.
