Stu Dudine is on the Willowlake Pinot Noir bus! This is a new parcel of fruit that he has acquired for his range and he's worked his magic once again. I love this.
Gee, this is a great drink. Flirtatious dark cherries rush up early, and then a wave of savoury delight drops. Tilled earth, bark, smoked meats and char put their shoulder to the wheel. Porcini mushroom ragu of all things reaches out and adds fabulous detail. Yum! Long, it's a wine that stretches through the mouth with a superb elongated finish. Soft spices tap their foot to the beat to keep the good times rolling.
The tempo. The feel. Yep, I love it!
