Rich and concentrated, this is a Chardonnay with plenty of meat on the bones.
Not weighed down nor bulky mind you, the fruit concentration hits the sweet spot. Barbecued peaches, dehydrated mango, dried figs, nougat and cashews race for your attention. There are hints of brioche too. It's tight with a lemon juice noose pull the acid rein tight. The length is consuming and is seemingly endless. It's that moreishness that induces another sip and it's hard to not oblige. All up, it's a tidy drink if you like your Chardonnay a little bolder.
