Carrick Electric No.1 2017

A field blend made up of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling, this wine is named after a gold dredger that used to work the river bordering the Carrick vineyards.

A terrific food wine, this is a wine that exemplifies what is great about the sum of the parts. All fruit was harvested and co-fermented delivering a wine of great acid, structure and balance.

Drink to five years.
