Another quality Upper Yarra Valley Chardonnay coming from a clever collaboration between Dylan McMahon (Seville Estate) and Matt Burton (Gundog Estate).
A wine that starts off soft with delicate vanilla cream, it tightens up in the mid-palate. A captivating concentration of white fleshed nectarine strolls through with some yellow peach stonefruit rearing its head late. Lemony acidity tightens the noose and doubles down rolling out to a long a very enjoyable finish. Delicious!
