Liqueur Shiraz - one of those styles you either love or not.
Personally, I'd need to be in the right mood for this wine. I'd have a sip or two but not much more to be honest. But hey, that's me. It's quite thick, rich and syrupy. A bright cerise hue greets the eye. Christmas cake and toffee apple characters come to mind. The sweetness pushes me away and it seems at odds with the gritty mouthfeel.
Drink now to three years.
