A delicious blend of five varieties including Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, Picpoul and Bourboulenc (60/17/10/8/3). Pretty aromas are headed by green apple skin. Pears and white fleshed peach mingle and are flanked with cinnamon and ginger spice. Bright with a crisp acidity, it's hard not to embrace the subtle textural appeal and joyous fruit. Such a wonderful food wine, I love this.
