From a new range of wines released by Geoff Merrill, this unwooded Chardonnay is sourced from McLaren Vale vineyards.
Quite a pleasant Chardy without any fanfare, this has been made for immediate drinking. Lemonade and white fleshed peach mingle at ease. There's a citrusy tang to the acidity which has a little pinch on close with a respectable texture to muse over. Roast chicken and even baked fish would do just fine.
