From a cooler 2017 vintage, this is a great fizz for the money.
A blend of traditional varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (69/17/14), there's some impressive complexity here yet it comes across quite measured. Think sour dough, oyster shell and little saltiness. Cut apples wash over a creamy mouthfeel finishing crisp and refreshing. A big thumbs up from me.
