Classic Clare Riesling. Classic Polish Hill minerality. Big love for this, my preferred of the two new Riesling releases from O'Leary Walker.
From a certified organic vineyard, a tighter citrus profile with a delicate white flower perfume. Attractive scents of bath salts keep you enthused. I'm entranced by the tension, slate, wet stone and fabulous length. Flashes of green apple slide in behind lemon lime splice fruit before a delicate talc finish. Feed this to me via a drip.
Drink now to embrace the freshness but it will age comfortably.
