Medium bodied Shiraz, the only way the Yarra Valley knows, this cracking wine sees fine exotic spices drape themselves around well handled fruit.
A pretty perfume of red and purple flowers spill from the glass. There's a suggestion of burnt caramel too. You can see the savoury influence from 30% whole bunches - that textural influence adding wonderful drive and presence. Mulberry and blueberry sing with a dusting of black pepper. Wonderfully persistent as those spices tick away, this is classy stuff.
