"Saint Nic the little prik under the green ash tree" says the back label. He sounds like quite the gent.
Part of a new range of wines released by Geoff Merrill aimed at the younger wine drinking market.
A playful wine, it is certainly approachable. The fruit rolls around the mouth with a gentle dusting of black pepper. A touch firm through the mouth, it screams for food. Anything from a sausage sizzle to burgers - you get the sense Saint Nic is a casual kind of character.
Drink to three years.
