Brash Higgins Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Off the Omensetter Vineyard adjacent to the winery, the fruit is certified organic and biodynamic.

This saw a mix of first, second and third use and older French oak for 20 months. Not massive Cabernet although there is some power under the bonnet. Tomato bush, sage and dried herbs aromas early. Blackberries and blackcurrants have their hands on the wheel with subtle choc mint and licorice notes. Shards of dark chocolate on close with drying with tannins which present almost as powdery feel. Great stuff.

Certified organic and biodynamic.
