It's hard to resist the seduction this Blanc de Blanc offers. A terrific textural presence glides through the mouth with ease. Delicate cream and biscuity nuances raise their hand early before slivered almonds and wholemeal sour dough step forward. Long through the mouth, some nuttiness continues to rise up before a squeeze of lemon juice and a rub of lemon zest. Crisp to close with honey tones clinging to a long textural finish - just wonderful!
