50% saw some time in old French oak on solids and that soft textural presence adds to poached pears, custard apple, canned lychee juice, fine ginger spices and a little almond meal. The acid has great presence adding to a well-structured wine with zip and a slight citrusy tang. A fine green tea like texture is feathered through the mouth on a long and respectable finish. You are winning with this in your glass.
