The Queen of Fiano is well in command of her throne people. This is hands down proper Fiano from Oliver's Taranga.
Layered and detailed and just damn good drinking, be welcomed by spiced apple, green apple skin, cut pear and poached pear. Drops of lemon juice, a fine slice of celery plus dried herbs and a faint nuttiness all build interest. Some seaspray diffuses from the glass adding to the relaxed holiday feels you get with this in your hand. A citrusy tang the parting gift, this is a class act as it cruises about with sublime ease. Gimme it all.
