Classic cool climate Riesling things are going on here. Lime juice, lime leaf and underripe green apple with a gravitating tension that lures you closer. Lemon juice drives in late - yes! It's the ideal weapon needed to attack some battered fish and calamari rings. It's a wine that shows promise for aging but I'm happy to enjoy it ice cold for now.
