Cedar, caramel slice and dark chocolate are met with a fair chunk of oak. Buckets of dark berry fruits, baked blueberries and mulberry compote fill the mouth with ease and then the waves of spice roll in There is some mouth warmth but over a couple of days of tasting that settles. This will age well over the medium term. Good stuff!
