RS21 stands for 21 grams of residual sugar per litre and this Riesling from Castle Rock Estate straddles the line between sweetness and acid with aplomb. Ideally matched with spicy dishes, this is a very good drink.
A wine with respectable flow, white flowers, limes and green apples provide the main highlights. Some grapefruit ripples through the core to add some detail. This style of wine has been honed over a number of years and the final result oozes delish. A whip crack of acid cleanses the mouth bringing the mouth to water. It's very well done.
