Tangelo and mandarin peel aromas get things underway with underripe red apples and some red berries flowing through the mouth. Sheets of texture move about with plenty of red apple crunch flying the Sangiovese flag. The acid is quite tense and firm. Super dry, it brings the mouth to water. Serve with fatty dishes such and fish and chips and you're set.
