But what is Grenache Gris I hear you ask? This example sits roughly between Riesling and Fiano.
Fresh and vibrant with a sizzling acidity and considered minerally drive, this Grenache Gris is certainly one to chase down. It reeks of lazy afternoons and poolside vibes with its soft florals, whisps of seaspray and white fleshed stonefruit presence. Perfectly balanced, that lemony zip and super fine textural detail absolutely glisten. A seductive length offers plenty to consider and I just want to leap back in for more. Brilliant stuff!
