Oxford Landing One to One Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Very much a young Cabernet, this Oxford Landing One to One is a good drink sure to please.

In celebration of Earth Day on 22 April, Oxford Landing will increase the amount of bushland planted with every bottle of One to One wine sold throughout the month.

Through a partnership with Greenfleet, every six bottles of One to One enjoyed will see another square metre of bushland planted in the ‘One to One Bushland’. The ‘One to One Bushland’ is located in the On Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria, where Greenfleet is restoring the native ecosystem at Ngulambarra, meaning “meeting place” in Djaara language. This project is playing an important role in restoring endangered temperate woodlands and enhancing biodiversity, while also supporting the values of Traditional Owners.

The fruit is sustainably grown and made with minimal intervention. Vegan friendly and low in preservatives, the bottle is also made up of 98% recycled lightweight glass.

Leafy and herby things skip out early with the dark fruit and plums flooding the mouth late. Firm and tense, the acid has a ping to it. Give it some air and it softens and juicy blackberries and blackcurrants rise up. Best with food, a beef burger or lamb kofta will do just fine.
