Purple Hands Deep Purple Hands Shiraz 2022

What a name - Deep Purple Hands. Is anyone else thinking smoke on the water? As the name suggests, this is deep, dense and dripping with generosity. This is Barossa Shiraz done very well from Purple Hands Wines.

A wine with plenty of chew, submerge yourself in blackberries and mulberries. Rich and complex, a lick of some fruit sweetness rises up with a raspberry swirl swooping late. Dark chocolate is silky and laced with fine spices reaching long. Fine cocoa-like tannins are powdery and moreish offering pillows of softness. It's a very good wine without question and one that will happily see out some medium-term cellaring. Great stuff!
