Oxford Landing One to One Brut Cuvée NV

A crowd-pleasing fizz, this Oxford Landing One to One Brut Cuvee will add some sparkle to your casual drinks.

In celebration of Earth Day on 22 April, Oxford Landing will increase the amount of bushland planted with every bottle of One to One wine sold throughout the month.

Through a partnership with Greenfleet, every six bottles of One to One enjoyed will see another square metre of bushland planted in the ‘One to One Bushland’. The ‘One to One Bushland’ is located in the On Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria, where Greenfleet is restoring the native ecosystem at Ngulambarra, meaning “meeting place” in Djaara language. This project is playing an important role in restoring endangered temperate woodlands and enhancing biodiversity, while also supporting the values of Traditional Owners.

The fruit is sustainably grown and made with minimal intervention. Vegan friendly and low in preservatives, the bottle is also made up of 98% recycled lightweight glass.

Energetic fizz races to the top of the glass. A much better release than the previous sampled last year, the golden hay appearance captures the eye.

Lemons, lemon zest, brioche and a fine toast add layers of interest. There is a soft creaminess plus a sliver of almonds and roasted cashews adding some nutty appeal. Finishing dry, it lingers nicely. Casual drinks with friends who enjoy easy going wines but I also see it as a better option for a wedding reception superceding many of those cheap wines which are better suited to washing the dishes after the event.

Drink now.
