Off-dry with 10g/L of residual sugar, the balance is captivating. Highlighted by Key lime pie, lime marmalade, lemon curd and scents of golden apple, it is a wine that possesses a delicious and moreish concentration of fruit. And it's that concentration that keeps drawing you in. The vines sink their feet into loam and gravel soils yet there is a limestone-like minerality with ripples through. Finishing bone dry, its fine, silky presence delivers a beautiful Riesling with drive and plush mouthfeel.
