A blend of Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet (71/15/14), the colour nails the brief with a pale salmon and onion skin appearance. Bone dry, there is a delightful creaminess that moves throughout with ease. White chocolate, dried strawberries and raspberries add detail with a finish that is long and persistent with a fine textural interest to keep you coming back.
