An enjoyable Grenache with a little kick in the belly, pretty scents of purple flowers, squishy blueberries and a hint of lavender get things under way.
On the riper side of the spectrum, waves of fine spices roll throughout the mouth on the back of baked blueberries and raspberries. A faint hint of char and some pan juices add to the depth but there is a mouth warmth and array of baking spices that clutch to a long finish. Plump and clay like tannins speak of the southern Barossa. This is classic fire pit kind of wine.
