The bag in keg technology reduces storage space along with wastage from cardboard and glass packaging. The keg has a capacity similar to 27 wine bottles and is made from PET heightening its eco-friendly appeal.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz with a dollop of Lagrein (5%) with the fruit sourced from a few regions.
Tense with a lemony acidity, it features stewed fruits and berries, earthy things and tobacco. Smoked meats rise up late with woodsy spices but it just feels a little worked and clunky.
In the range, I'd be chasing down the Rosé.
