A delightful fizz from Levantine Hill that is sure to impress.
The Chardonnay for this Blanc de Blanc was sourced from a range of Yarra Valley sites. Wonderfully approachable with an energetic bead, think grilled cashews and almonds, white-fleshed stonefruit, lemon curd, brioche, nougat, vanilla cream and white mousse. Softly textured and delicate with a persistent finish, it slowly dries out bringing the mouth to water. Canapes and something fried in tempura batter are what I'm tasting, but fresh seafood would eat this up with ease too. Big love.
