We move up a notch from the Chapel Hill Parson Cabernet Sauvignon to its sibling The Vinedresser. A wine showcasing more fruit and lift, it's a pretty tidy wine for the asking price.
Black berries and dark fruits swoon. Sundried capsicum, tomato paste, some mint and dried herbs, it's a wine with a little more composure and better consistency through the mouth. Soft woodsy spices chime in late with a respectable length. It's very well done.
