For 18 bucks, The Parson from Chapel Hill delivers very well at the price point.
A wine that leads from the front and sets a good pace, but the flow just can't keep up. Black jellybeans, licorice bullets, roasted peppers, red peppercorns, blackberries and blackcurrants show reliable Cabernet form. With plenty to muse over, this is a good value proposition.
