Bickford's lime cordial makes the first impression with green apple nipping at the heels. White flowers, musk and bath powder light up the aroma profile. Lime juice tenses up and drives through the mid-palate with a fine minerally presence as a chalky feel reaches long. The back palate thins out and the acid seems to lie down a fraction when it is needed most. Serve this ice cold by the pool or paired with fresh seafood and you'll be in business.
