Soy sauce aromas are prominent on opening. Harsh and abrasive, it was given its chance to rise up once again the following day but to no avail. The teeth stripping acid that was out of whack and indications of brettanomyces didn't make it an ideal experience. This is not for me.
If Tempranillo is what you seek, I'd be happy to recommend others and you'll even get a lobster (Australian slang for a $20 note) to keep in your pocket as well - winning!
