I really enjoyed the consistency that this Chapel Hill Fiano delivered. Like its Verdelho sibling, find this on the shelf and you can be assured that you will enjoy each glass you reach for.

Lean in to poached pears and delicate white peaches to get you in the mood. Lemon juice and zest steady the ship with a flicker of pineapple husk. Fine spices tick away but the fine creamy rhythm sits at the core stitches all elements together nicely. A citrusy zip closes this neat take on Fiano, a variety really finding its groove in McLaren Vale.
