Aromas of gooseberry and shelled peas open the account with waves of lemons, guava and papaya washing through. The lemon juice builds some fabulous momentum with a citrusy tang to muse over. Pitched perfectly for summer days, it's best matched with some waves crashing in the background and a tray of oysters for the win, but a bag of sea salt chips will do just fine. Great stuff.
