Pegasus Bay produce a diverse range of Rieslings, and this is the driest. Wonderfully poised with an excellent acid profile, this is a complex wine that reveals vibrant aromas of jasmine flowers, lychees, pineapple husk, cut pears and green apples. Citrus fruits take control in the mouth with a squeeze of grapefruit upping the interest. Of note, the depth of flavour that just rolls on and on to a sustained finish. Drinking impressively now, this will age comfortably for well over a decade.
